Murder and the Ghost Hunter

The legend of the spooky Owl Woman comes alive in October and a ghost hunting show wants in on the Halloween action.

Each October, the Howloween Festival in Vardo, Oklahoma, attracts thousands of tourists to celebrate the legend of the Owl Woman. With the haunting face of a barn owl and the body of a woman, the creature is known to swoop through the skies and descend on her victims with a vengeance on All Hallow’s Eve, when the veil between worlds is permeable.

When a dead barn owl is found in the yard of Perrie Spock's funeral home, the biggest ghost hunting show on the Paranormal Network comes to film on her property. Barn owls begin to drop from the sky, some shot, some poisoned. A mysterious man from Perrie's past is found murdered at the city cemetery, apparently attacked by barn owls roosting in the mausoleum. When another murder victim is discovered with claw marks from a possible owl attack, Perrie's psychic senses start to tingle, giving her visions of the past and dropping clues into her dreams. Is the Owl Woman alive, stalking the Howloween revelers in Vardo? Or is another sinister force at work?

Join psychic mortician Perrie Spock as she teams with Sheriff Reg Woolaroc and the quirky cast of Vardo characters to solve the murders and save the barn owls.
